Excellent vet but Google maps messed up location, sends you to Garda Headquarters in Phoenix park instead of Coldwinter road down road from near Dogs trust. If you in emergency put in Coldwinter road to get to location near garden centre. Google maps guy obviously on lunch break! Read Less

Recently switched to Ancu clinic in Blackrock. Had a really lovely 1st time experience so professional and pleasent to deal with and Taz and Baz (my 2 dogs) even enjoyed it... also very reasonably priced compared to other vets its obvious they care more about health of the animals then the money. Brought my dog here because she was getting sick, got checked out was total all was well. I was feeling very relieved as pet owners we all love our animals. The next day she passed out and continued vomiting so I phoned up here again to try to get an urgent appointment only to be told we don't open until 4.30 and you'll have to wait till then. I phoned avenue Road vets which I had never used before and while they were also closed at the time when I described what had happened they allowed me to come in straight away. Turns out she has a heart problem and an infection. I dread to think what might have happened had I stayed with ancu. Now I understand mistakes happen but speaking only for myself I feel the level of care is below the standards that a modern clinic should have. So please if you have any doubts about your pets treatment make sure you get a second opinion.Read Less
