In this practice our areas of expertise covers all companion animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds as well as exotics such as snakes and reptiles, and chelonians such as tortoises and terrapins. All pets are cared for in a modern, well-equipped environment where the welfare of our patients is our primary concern.
We aim to provide a comprehensive range of services to cater for all out clients requirements over their lifetime. Our services include the following:
Vaccinations
Surgical procedures including routine neutering, cryosurgery and specialist orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery all carried out in dedicated operating theatre where each patient is assessed prior to undergoing surgery and anaesthetic agents chosen accordingly
Cardiology including long term management and supportive care
Fertility management
Dentistry
Dietary advice
Health profiles including geriatric profiles
Pet passports
Microchipping
Therapeutic grooming
Cat boarding
Pet Cremation

Vet Gorge and Nurse Kathy were extremely friendly and professional this morning at my dog Archie’s appointment. They made both myself and my pet feel at ease and explained everything completely so I understood what was going on.
I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic staff have a brilliant approach when dealing with venerable animals

Had an elderly dog that needed to be put to sleep. In Malahide, and an older lady contacted Malahide Veterinary Clinic for help. She was told to bring the dog in. She replied it was not possible, and ...
Had an elderly dog that needed to be put to sleep. In Malahide, and an older lady contacted Malahide Veterinary Clinic for help. She was told to bring the dog in. She replied it was not possible, and was told to get taxi.
No help at all in a distressing time for all involved. In the end Lissenhall Vets came out and helped all involved. Kudos to Lissenhall, shame on Malahide with their excuses. Not a clinic i would want to rely on in a time of need.

My cat died under your care yesterday afternoon. My family have been calling to get a full explanation about what happened during such a standard procedure (teeth cleaning). My family would appreciate some closure and a bit more respect regarding the passing of our beloved pet.
