Although my dogs never seem to agree, this is a very nice veterinary practice. The phone is always answered promptly and politely. All staff are very helpful in facilitating appointments. Prepared to share details of differential Diagnosis and alternative treatments . Such a pleasure to find the ethos of a practice I have long experience of attending being carried on . I can t express how good Village Vets Stillorgan are . I have being a Client with A&B vets and now Village vets. For over 20 years. I have never once had an issue or a problem with them they look after my cats so well nothing is ever too much of a problem. The staff are very knowledgeable and very very helpful and take the time to explain so that you understand what is going on with your pet and what they were going to do. I know whenever I have a problem with one of my cats that they are there to help and get them back on their feet. Compassionate and knowledgeable vets who keep it real, always willing to take the time to explain everything and answer questions, with a superb staff of vet nurses to assist them. Never once have I felt rushed out or fobbed off; on the contrary, I have been astonished at the time they are willing to take. EVERY animal brought in matters to them.
