My dog recently had to have a tooth removed and they called me after the procedure to let me know that she was doing fine and explained how the procedure went. Great staff, great communication and did not charge me an arm and a leg either.

If I was ever worried or concerned they were a phone call away and always offered brilliant and helpful advice!! Best Vet by far in Galway and would highly recommend them. I've had experience of almost every vet in Galway city and beyond, having been a pet owner for 20+ years, and can honestly say that Ruth and Rona are two of the most professional, competent, and compassionate people I've ever met. They've helped us through everything from routine checks and enquiries for advice, to having to say goodbye to two deeply loved pets. Catherine deserves special mention - an unbelievable veterinary nurse who gives 110% always. Summing up - everyone at Briarhill is clearly mad about animals and animal welfare, above all else, and that's a priority for me too. I've recommended to all my friends, family and colleagues and will continue to do so.

I've had experience of almost every vet in Galway city and beyond, having been a pet owner for 20+ years, and can honestly say that Ruth and Rona are two of the most professional, competent, and compassionate people I've ever met. They've helped us through everything from routine checks and enquiries for advice, to having to say goodbye to two deeply loved pets.
