Micheal & Shelly were just fantastic. It goes without saying that Troytown is an absolute state of the art facility for one thing. All of the staff at the desks were so helpful with my slightly panicky horse, there was always someone around offering a hand to get loaded up and whatnot. Micheal & Shelly were highly professional but at the same time Micheal put the words onto my horses condition in a way that I understand and not in mind boggling vet speak! He gave me the information regarding my horses condition straight and bluntly and he explained to me that he wasn't going to take money off me for a procedure that may not even do my horse any good. He reassured me to call if there's any issues which is great to know that I have someone on my side who already knows my horses case and back story. My mare Rina has just finished 3 shockwave treatments on and injured tendon. Her prognosis was guarded so we decided to give this a try and see if it could increase the outcome chances. After three treatments the prognosis is good , the mare is well improved and now only time will tell. Our treatment in troytown was second to none. Staff were professional courteous and we were seen promptly at our appointed times. While it is somewhere I hope never to have to visit again , I would have no hesitation in recommending the place and the people should you need their help. Read Less
