I'm only giving 1 star because I can hive 0. Never come across the unprofessionalism as I experienced today with this clinic. Rang to book an appointment for 2 dogs this morning, one pup one elderly and told to be there for 4 o'clock, was told on arrival to call the clinic as they are only letting in a certain amount of people at a time. No problem, rang them at 3.55 to say i was outside waiting and was informed she was just waiting on the vet and would call me in a few minutes. An hour an a hlaf later I have just left the clinic having not been seen and not being able to get through to anyone on the phone, waiting outside in a car on a hot day with 2 sick animals. The absolute height of unprofessionalism and as someone who has had quiet a lot of contact with vets I've never come across this. Why were we booked in for 4 if the vet was not going to be there and absolutely no contact at all after waiting that long. Ridiculous Read Less
