The receptionist was rude, said I was 30 minutes late for my appointment when I was actually on time. She made a big deal about staff being busy. I said I'd leave and only then she said she would check with the vet. The vet was actually fine and said it was no bother. My dog was getting his booster and kennel cough vaccinations it took 5 minutes. Receptionist was clearly annoyed and very unpleasant. I emailed when I got home and sent a photo of my appointment card showing I had been on time, no one bothered to reply. Felt it was overpriced too at 85 euro. Won't be back after being a customer for 12 years and wouldn't recommend. Read Less

Met Tom today. He was absolutely brilliant with our German Shepherd. Tom removed our fur baby’s stitches after getting Neutered, he also clipped his nails and burst a cist he found which was harmless on the side of his back. Very happy with how professional Tom was and how friendly everyone was. Tyson will now be going on a regular visit to his new vet. Well done Vet Care Portlaoise ❤️ Read Less
