I have engaged the services of Sarah Mitchell a number of times in the last two years, to collect, prepare & ship frozen semen, when my Labrador is in demand abroad. So far, we have a 100% record, with Max's latest two litters arriving three days apart in Slovenia & America respectively. I find SouthView friendly, efficient & professional. Sarah goes "that extra mile" & liaises with the vet or clinic on the other side, to make absolutely sure all is in order, this is, what I think, makes all the difference!

Yesterday I had to say goodbye to two more of my family members. This was very hard because they were with us for fifteen years. I am still suffering the loss of my furry pets but Southview staff made this sad day a nice memorable one. They were so sympathetic and allowed us to spend time with them and take final pictures to always treasure. They are a great team and I would highly recommend them. Thank you to all members of staff for all the care you've given to Bruno over the years.

Wouldn't go anywhere else, they treat my 3 girls and Oscar so well. In the past before I found them I wasn't happy with other practices as to them they weren't family they were income. They are gentle and understanding, cannot recommend them enough! All the staff are super :)

Yesterday I had to say goodbye to two more of my family members. This was very hard because they were with us for fifteen years. I am still suffering the loss of my furry pets but Southview staff made this sad day a nice memorable one.
