Cannot say enough how wonderful Cheryl, Oliver & Richard & their team are with cats. On our first appointment I was stunned without knowing my cat or her history for them to be able to guess exactly what issues we were experiencing and how they took our concerns seriously. Treat owners with respect and adjust their communication to the level of understanding an owner has. Nurses are fully invested in the progress of our animals and they are always friendly and helpful. I just wish they were closer and we didn't have to travel across the city for such excellent care Read Less

Me and my dog received outstanding service at this vet clinic. When I arrived I was in shock because my dog had been attacked by some other dogs that morning and as a result I'd also been injured trying to protect her. The vets on duty and the vet nurses were very reassuring and they took excellent care of my dog. They also cleaned and bandaged my wounds and drove me to the A&E. Also they called animal control and contacted my family for me (I had lost my phone when I was in shock). I am so grateful to the caring staff for looking after me and my dog.
