Stay away – run to the hills.
Nine months ago I took my puppy to them with breathing issues; they brushed it off and said he must lose some weight as a solution. He died recently - when another Vet (couldn’t get an appointment with them in an emergency) examined him and found he had lung disease.
Unfortunately I can’t give them zero stars.

The Vet is good in terms of technical know how and they also have a reasonable degree of caring for animals. Where they can improve, but have not bothered to, is their service is not on time. In some cases this lags quite a bit. Most cases they fall behind schedule and as such you wait. This was before and after they resumed services regarding CV-19 lockdown. I think they try and book appointments to closely; as such they constantly are running behind. If you don't mind waiting this may be the vet for you; but it is not the vet for me. After my patience of waiting for 5+ years I have decided to look elsewhere.

I choose to bring my cats here, from across Auckland ( from Mt Wellington) I do so because we have never had a bad experience with any of the vets. They are uniformly kind and caring, explaining what they are doing if you need help and not "guilt tripping "you if you have made a mistake with an animal. The reception staff also do an excellent job. With 5 rescue cats I appreciate the way everyone details the cost of all proccedures so there are no hidden surprises in the bill. I have done comparisons and they offer very affordable competitive rates. I am truely thankful to have such caring professionals looking after the fur babies

The young vet in this clinic was absolutely supportive and went through lengthy explanations with regards to the condition our pet guinea pig Lily was suffering, before having to put our pet down. We were very distraught at having to put her down but were very grateful for the detailed advice that was given by the vet which gave us a more clearer understanding and hence we knew it was the best thing to do to end our pet's suffering. This clinic also has very reasonable prices compared to other clinics and we highly recommend it to anyone. We have gone to this clinic for years and will continue to :)
