Today my 18yr old cat (Rolly) came in for examination and to be put to sleep cause she was injured and had possible cancer. I am very disappointed with how one of your nurses treated her. I dont care if she had other things to do or not, be patient with an old, injured and sore cat about to be put to sleep. She had practically wrestled my cat to get her out of the cage, she seemed in a rush and was not listening to our instructions on how to do it. She had upset me greatly as I watched her tip the cage upside down to get Rolly out (Id like to mention again she is 18, very fragile and uncomfortable AND about to be put to sleep!) This nurse seemed to have little care with what she was doing. I hope you can identify her and give her a reminder that she is dealing with living creatures. Apart from that all the other staff were good. Read Less

We have been bringing our fur babies here for approx 8 years and they have always been very caring, informative and professional. They genuinely care about your pets and will discuss your options before hand so that you can budget for it and know what you are in for should your animal need a procedure. The aftercare followup service and the annual wellness reminders are extremely helpful. The nurses and veterinarians are friendly and knowledgeable and what's more our animals never feel traumatised from their vet visits. We never feel ripped off by this vet as our pets are our family members and you can not put a dollar value on their health and wellbeing. Read Less
