While Helensville Vets (Vets North) have been our Vets for decades, we had a crisis this weekend with one of my farm dogs being run over by a truck. The Vets were amazing, there were no delays, and Mark came in on Sunday to ensure the meds were right. While it feels like a miracle that our dog survived at all, three days later he is up and walking, eating and (despite Vet instructions) wants to go for his nightly runs. Thanks to all the Vets and support staff that made this stress filled time super easy to manage.

No matter how big or small the animal is cavy or not.... I don’t appreciate being laughed it. I rung day before and came in day before and arranged to collect it just after 8am! Not ready, know one knew about it and that’s not my problem sorry. All I need is medicine to treat mites I’ve had guinea pigs for many many years! No apologies either nor could she look me in the face. Just because it’s a tiny sale I should be treated the same is every other customer! I won’t bring my Burmese there for yearly check either you guys failed the test worse service in a small town I’ve ever had!

We could not thank the lovely team of nurses and James the vet at the Helensville clinic enough for their kindness to our family. While we were on holiday in Melbourne our beautiful cat Ed got sick and had to be put down. The team communicated with us throughout the process and made us feel at ease knowing he was in loving hands. On our return, we were able to say our goodbyes and were thankful for how he had been looked after. On top of it all we received a beautiful sympathy card from the team, which highlights their love for animals and dedication to customer service! Thanks again guys.

The team at Vets North are nothing short of amazing. My cat Molly had been waiting at the carrington animal hospital requiring life saving surgery... I called around looking for another vet to operate...
The team at Vets North are nothing short of amazing. My cat Molly had been waiting at the carrington animal hospital requiring life saving surgery... I called around looking for another vet to operate so she wouldn't need to wait... Many others wouldn't or couldn't... But Graham at vets north not only returned my call, he was enthusiastic, and his knowledge and confidence completely calmed me, the erratic cat owner, and my family. Molly's recovery has been nothing short of amazing and I am beyond grateful to vet surgeon Graham, vet nurse Becky (whose kindness and compassion led me to vets north in the first place) and the rest of the lovely team who Molly has dealt with. If you need a new vet who is knowledgeable, capable, and friendly (to both you and your animal) you need to go to vets north! They are truly the very best.

While Helensville Vets (Vets North) have been our Vets for decades, we had a crisis this weekend with one of my farm dogs being run over by a truck. The Vets were amazing, there were no delays, and Mark came in on Sunday to ensure the meds were right. While it feels like a miracle that our dog survived at all, three days later he is up and walking, eating and (despite Vet instructions) wants to go for his nightly runs. Thanks to all the Vets and support staff that made this stress filled time super easy to manage.

We could not thank the lovely team of nurses and James the vet at the Helensville clinic enough for their kindness to our family. While we were on holiday in Melbourne our beautiful cat Ed got sick and had to be put down. The team communicated with us throughout the process and made us feel at ease knowing he was in loving hands.
