Shannon thanks for your feedback. Thanks also for taking on a dog from a Foundation. The challenge when getting a pet from such a place is that the age is uncertain. The only time a dog can be accurately aged is when they are 16-20 wks old (only works in medium and large breeds). If they have no mature teeth then they must be less than 16 wks. The WASAVA international consensus statement for vaccinations states that the last vaccination should be at 16 wks or older. Hope this explains things better. I’m very sorry I offended you. All the best with R in the future. Garry Read Less

Terrible experience at Henderson Valley vets. Garry is very opinonated, his way is the only way and forget what anyone else says. He didn't listen to the age of my puppy and tried to get her to have an extra vaccination, he didn't microchip her after being asked at two separate visits, he didn't really listen to anything I had to say he was more focused on lecturing me about how expensive it is going to be for me to have a dog and what kind of dog owner not to be. I felt like I was getting told off the entire time, and he knew nothing about us. Really poor customer service. We will never visit this vet again. Read Less
