0 out of 5. VSG almost killed my dog. I spent over $6,000 on treatments and all kinds of tests they wanted done on my dog, however, VSG gave up in the end. Apparently, there was something seriously wrong with my dog and that's why their treatment didn't work. My dog is doing absolutely fine and is clinically healthy according to other VETs. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to VSG recommending that I put her down!! I also wonder how VSG and AEC treated my dog whilst she was in their care. My dog was so traumatised after staying at VSG and AEC that she didn’t wag her tail nor allowed us to touch her for almost a month. VSG just blamed my dog again when I raised concerns. It was a nightmare dealing with these people busy pointing fingers at your dog who can't speak. Read Less

Thanks for taking excellent care of our labrador Trevor on Friday night. After surgery at our usual vet for ingesting 1kg of stones we arrived and we were expected. Notes had been transferred and the lovely vet we saw was really great. It was a stressful time for us and the way Trevor was cared for made it easier. I was also informed I could call anytime through the night to get an update which gave us peace of mind. Thanks a mil' for taking care of our boy Read Less

Really disappointed in my first experience here and will not be returning. Whilst they did diagnose my dogs intestinal blockage they were not honest with the process of what was required and ultimately delayed his operation. I was told by a vet it was a pretty routine operation but then 2hours later was told that he would require a specialist surgeon at the cost of $12,000. Needless to say we took him elsewhere where the service was excellent and Emergency operation, drugs and aftercare came to $3500. Read Less
