I took my bull mastiff here on Wednesday, to have its teeth checked out and was told to pick him up 2 hours later. Upon arrival I heard a whining coming from out back. I asked if there was something wrong with my dog and was told that the doctor was still working him". I waited and the whining turned into barking. The doctor came out 15 minutes later and appeared as though he had no shoes on that day, he was in his socks? What was he doing? So after charging me a whopping $750 for a DENTAL checkup I collected my dog. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! My dogs whole anus area was shaven and he appeared to have a very sore bottom. I asked what happened and they said theyhad to check his rectum, it's standard procedure. I have called around other vetenarians and been told this is NOT procedure and to find out what has happened. He has a very sore bum and is scared to poop, whines everytime. My poor dog, what happened to you? Read Less
