Terrible customer service and over all very stressful experience!!! Would not recommend going here ever. Had a consult and some very expensive Xrays on my horse. Didn’t get a invoice at all until 2 months down the track because they didn’t have my email Address recorded properly or even confirm it with me. Didn’t try calling me or anything until they realised I hadn’t paid anything. Bill came out around 2.5K plus and when I try to follow up on history etc for my insurance claim their history notes were each about a sentence long!!! Including no notes from the consult!!! We got kicked around for about a month trying to get simple information from them to give to the insurance company. To the point where the insurance company were annoyed and contacted them themselves. Got a NOD even though I had only been informed of these invoices for less than a month not 2 like it specified. I ask for a new invoice for the outstanding payments my insurance didn’t cover and the nurse on the phone to me was so rude! She was telling me that this should have been sorted ages ago and is my fault. When clearly it was not! She said I was racking up interest even though I didn’t even know I had these bills at the time!!! It was adding up without my knowledge or ability to do anything! I ended up selling my horse and am stressed as hell as a University student during exam week with all of this shit. Absolutely terrible. So stupid and unfair. Would not recommend to anyone ever!

These guys are amazing, helpful, and provide very high quality service. I trust them with my three cats and they never fail to help us. They even manage my difficult cat without problems and go the extra mile, if necessary. They "squeezed" us in last week when no appointments were available, because one of my cats was sick and needed urgent help. Upon visiting them, we realised that the vet actually stayed on overtime so he could see us. I cannot thank these guys enough! I recommend them unreservedly to everyone who needs a quality, friendly vet service.

The team at Vets North are nothing short of amazing. My cat Molly had been waiting at the carrington animal hospital requiring life saving surgery... I called around looking for another vet to operate so she wouldn't need to wait... Many others wouldn't or couldn't... But Graham at vets north not only returned my call, he was enthusiastic, and his knowledge and confidence completely calmed me, the erratic cat owner, and my family. Molly's recovery has been nothing short of amazing and I am beyond grateful to vet surgeon Graham, vet nurse Becky (whose kindness and compassion led me to vets north in the first place) and the rest of the lovely team who Molly has dealt with. If you need a new vet who is knowledgeable, capable, and friendly (to both you and your animal) you need to go to vets north! They are truly the very best.

A HUGE thank you to the team at Vets North Kumeu for their fast, efficient service when my horse, Zak, got stuck in a wire fence a week ago. Stephanie, has a great phone manner and kept calm when I called for help. Zak was in a bad state when I arrived, he had cut his legs up pretty bad, but Dave was on the scene in no time and tended to my boy in the best manner possible. Jess came out the next day to change a bandage. A week later and although still a little uncomfortable, he's improved immensely. I cannot thank you enough for the urgent response that was given to my call. Vets North Kumeu is passionate about what they do, and this shows in their dedication to their work. Thanks again!!

These guys are amazing, helpful, and provide very high quality service. I trust them with my three cats and they never fail to help us. They even manage my difficult cat without problems and go the extra mile, if necessary. The team at Vets North are nothing short of amazing. My cat Molly had been waiting at the carrington animal hospital requiring life saving surgery... I called around looking for another vet to operate so she wouldn't need to wait... Many others wouldn't or couldn't... But Graham at vets north not only returned my call, he was enthusiastic, and his knowledge and confidence completely calmed me, the erratic cat owner, and my family. Molly's recovery has been nothing short of amazing and I am beyond grateful to vet surgeon Graham, vet nurse Becky (whose kindness and compassion led me to vets north in the first place) and the rest of the lovely team who Molly has dealt with. A HUGE thank you to the team at Vets North Kumeu for their fast, efficient service when my horse, Zak, got stuck in a wire fence a week ago. Stephanie, has a great phone manner and kept calm when I called for help. Zak was in a bad state when I arrived, he had cut his legs up pretty bad, but Dave was on the scene in no time and tended to my boy in the best manner possible.
