My cat blu was very sick. He stopped eating. So I would come in to mangere bridge vets every second day to get him hydrated. In the end I was allowed to take the drip home myself to save going backwards and forwards I also squirt bits of food in with a syringe every few hours. Took 20 days to get him eating again but he lived !! with all their care and help. Can’t give enough praise to this team of wonderful people. Racheal Diane and Sam. Any other vet would have pressured me to put him down but this vet gave him every possible chance to live. They also let me pay off my fair and reasonable debt to them. What other vet does this!! Yes they get busy and yes you might have to wait but that’s because they have a lot of return customers due to their compassionate good and fair service. It’s best to book in a time if you can. Unorganised, little space to wait in especially when it's packed! Long waits, if your buying a dog biscuit could take up to 10min just to be served speaking from experience there! Also phone calls asking for advice they can't wait to get off the phone with you, there for you don't get a proper answer. As they to much in a hurry to get off the phone with you! Read Less

They neutered a cat for an elderly friend for a miniscule amount. I have seen their many acts of kindness at first hand.Their prices are amazingly low for the service provided. These people kept the surgery open late to see my cat when I called in a panic saying my cat was in a lot of pain. They are amazingly kind and have endless empathy and compassion for the animals they treat. They are also very reasonably priced and I never, ever get the feeling I am being overcharged which absolutely has happened to me at other vets in Auckland. I couldn’t recommend them more.! Just before Christmas I had my 3 Chihuahuas and 1 Shi Tzu fixed. 2 girl Chihuahuas (1 with brain damage) 1 Shi Tzu male and 1 male Chihuahua that had severe brain damage and only 1 descended testicle, so his operation was more complex as they had to locate and remove the missing one. They took extra care with these babies and did a wonderful job they have recovered and healed really well and all 4 cost $400.00, they also clipped all their nails as requested yet didn't charge for this service. The receptionist rearranged appointments so I could bring my old unwell cat straight in from another vets who we waited outside to open on a Saturday morning only to tell us they were booked out and couldn't help. Reception is not polite. I liked my old vet better. Lady was talking too fast and the reception male did not answer any of my questions properly and kinda looked at me like I was dumb. Dislike. The team has seen my family through the joy of births, the shock of accidents and the sadness and loss of death. I highly recommend this Vet Clinic. They are very affordable but more than that, they have a great love for animals and want to help you with your pet.
