In February my 14-year-old cat came in with kidney failure. It was end-stage unfortunately.
The entire clinic was competent, caring and entirely truthful about how ill my cat was.
This clinic should be viewed as an exemplar.
My cat was treated very well and even though she was ultimately put to sleep, I am happy at the care she received.
I was offered a funeral package that was reasonably priced with a ceramic paw print (back right), a lovely poem and wooden urn.
I am confident that if your pet has an emergency, they are the best place to take them. I consider them the Auckland Hospital equivalent for animals.
I would absolutely take my new kitten there if she needed to, she would be in good hands.

Very lovely staff that are passionate about animals. Gave great advice and even gave puppy a free toy and goodie bag to go. Highly recommend :)

Poor Nins. Resting up nicely after having all her nasty old lady moles removed today. Large growths like mini tumours grew all over recently. Some we're constantly bleeding being in pressure point areas -omg they were everywhere!! The other side was just as worse (20 miles removed and now she looks like a patchwork quilt). I was quoted a fortune elsewhere... And only half the cost here! The love The care The special arohamai they showed for our girl was tops beyond our expectations. We have nothing but praise for the wonderful team at Unitec Vets in Mt Albert, especially Vet Jodie (ninnys Aunty Jodie) she loves you and your duck tender treats xx thank you from our Nins and us for the special treatment see you Monday for our post op check

Vet Greg and the receptionist were friendly, knowledgeable and showed high level of compassion. Fee is fair and reasonable; first time I got charged less than quoted amount from a vet visit. Location is convenient and parking plenty around UNITEC campus. Overall top experience and thoroughly recommended.

We hadn't been to this clinic since it had changed hands and had to go on Monday night with our very sick cat. The staff were exceptional. I don't hesitate to recommend them as a caring practice.

I have had a long association with Vetcare in Grey Lynn, but the new Unitec clinic is now more convenient for me. I called in before the clinic opened and was surprised by how tired the existing clin...
I have had a long association with Vetcare in Grey Lynn, but the new Unitec clinic is now more convenient for me. I called in before the clinic opened and was surprised by how tired the existing clinic looked. Now, with a totally new reception area and all new equipment it just couldn't be any better! They are also running a prize draw for $500 of cat treats, so that is a real bonus. Well done VetCare!

The entire clinic was competent, caring and entirely truthful about how ill my cat was.
This clinic should be viewed as an exemplar.
My cat was treated very well and even though she was ultimately put to sleep, I am happy at the care she received.

I called in before the clinic opened and was surprised by how tired the existing clinic looked. Now, with a totally new reception area and all new equipment it just couldn't be any better!
