GREAT place to take the animal members of your family. They genuinely care for the creatures they treat and go above and beyond to help. The place was recently-ish updated and is really comfortable now. I can not sing their praises highly enough, they are fantastic, and wonderful. The staff - across the board - are helpful, caring, and are real 'animal people'. They try really hard to remember the animals that visit and their owners. This is the only place I will take my pets (except in emergency after hours, as their not open, try Orewa or Silverdale vet hospital which I've also heard good things about). Oh, and if you have a puppy they offer SUPERB puppy classes, which I can not recommend highly enough. Put simply: the best place to take your pets.Read Less
