A big thank you to Drury Vets. Sarah went above and beyong today for me when i made the very agonising decision to put my dog down. I rang this morning and there were no vets in the clinic at all today due to illness but Sarah cared enough about my and my dogs distess that she arranged for a vet to come meet me from another clinic. She also offered to be with me so i wouldnt be alone. Very kind and caring Sarah. Thank you so much for being there and making it a bit easier

IF YOU DONT PROCEED WITH THEIR OVER PRICED SURGERY THEY CONTACT SPCA AND FEED THEM A LOAD OF BULL AND LIES SUCH AS TELL THEM THE CAT IS IN PAIN YET WE WERE TOLD IT ISNT IN PAIN AND THEREFORE NO PAIN MEDS WERE PRESCRIBED BY THEM FOR IT! THEY ALSO FREELY GIVE OUT YOUR PRIVATE DETAILS!!!
A recent post on the local Franklin Grapevine page shows bad service is now an extremly common occurence at this Vet Clinic.
This place use to be great now its simply just money hungry! I checked with them on prices before each step so I knew what I was gona be paying, however upon receiving the bill other expenses had been added, when I questioned this the response was along the lines of how dare I question my bill. So as a long time customer of this place im sad to say I wont be returning any time soon and know others who have said exactly the same.

Very disappointed with the care of my cat Luna. She had nasty lumps on her ear which they did a biopsy and sent to the lab. $680 for that and apart from the initial ring afterwards I haven’t heard from them. I rung on day 5 to ask about lab results and they said nothing as yet. No antibiotics at all though she had an infection so they said….Have rung twice since then to ask the vet to ring me but they haven’t. I took her stitches out myself rather than her face the anxiety of going back and I haven’t had a call from them saying she was due that! It’s been over two weeks now. Lucky she’s feeling good and doing well because they obviously don’t give a rats arse. Will be taking my 10 year business elsewhere

I cant thank Town & Country vets enough. 4 days ago my dog was attacked by another dog. We went to our usual vet & was told she needed surgery. I needed a second opinion before spending the kind of money he was talking about. A friend recommend giving Town & Country a call. They are open 7 days so Sunday was not an issue (& they did not charge a surcharge) They were so compassionate & much less than our vet. We agreed to the surgery on the spot. Done same day. Dog no longer has gaping wound. Will be healed by Christmas ... Much happier owner... can still afford Christmas. Now Town & Country is my vet... all animals history being transferred. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!

Very disappointed with the care of my cat Luna. She had nasty lumps on her ear which they did a biopsy and sent to the lab. $680 for that and apart from the initial ring afterwards I haven’t heard from them.
