Ross and I were deeply touched by the kindness and compassion shown by all the staff at the Pakuranga Vets over the recent passing of our beloved Sophie. Both Sophie and our other gorgeous "fur baby" Chester have spent many happy years in the cattery - at one time for 7 months! Thank you so much Justin for all your help with Charlie. You're awesome. Am so impressed with how genuine the staff at Pakuranga Vets are. They really do genuinely care about pets and go the extra mile. We started going to Pakuranga Vet Clinic when our beautiful Tillie (and Charlie's girl) was killed by a car. Not a good introduction. We'd always gone to another local vet for well over 20 years, hubby was at that vet with Charlie when Tillie was hit by a car. Hubby was not impressed with them when I was ringing & telling him what was going on (long story), and because of the amazing care from Justin and the team at Pakuranga Vets, we didn't hesitate to swap. I know we've made the right choice for our furry family members, especially when you read about all the amazing things Pakuranga Vets do for strays like "Bob" who was dumped and now little "Snow White". Highly recommend Pak Vets and any of their vets. Their Cattery is awesome too!

All the staff are very professional and friendly in dealing with you and your pet. They take time to explain what is happening as well as giving you the chance to ask any questions. They are efficient - have never had to wait very long for either my self to be served or my pet taken care of. I can highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic to all animal lovers. The cat that "owns" the clinic is a delight and seems to really enjoy the attention from all - old and young alike. I have not used the cattery services but the area they provide looks lovely and safe.
