Very rude customer service was my first time in there today. Did not get the lady's name but all I can say is she had brunette hair probably in her 40s to 50s I didn't like the way she talked to me nor how she stared at me really felt like I was the only black person in the there which I was, the way she would yell across the counter everytime I walked out of the consultation room "Umm is there anything you want in here" not only that when I went to the counter to pay them for putting down my pet she justed rubbed it in even more after me and my sister having a melt down over my pet no sympathy just making us feel even more sad. Now another friend said I should of had a second opinion because she also had bad customer service from there wow if she told me earlier I wouldn't have took my pet there RIP Read Less

Made me and my 8 year old daughter stay outside in the rain with our lamb because the vet was almost an hour late and they didn't like the lamb making noise. I gave 2 stars because the vet work done was good but service was not.Read Less

Have been coming here now for a number of years for the care of the family moggie. The family moggie has had several check up's and stays here, each time comes home with no complaints. I have been buying my dog treats from these guys for years. Recently I was looking at the sources of the ingredients, and they source their meat (duck, chicken, etc) from China now, to save money. You would think, that as a vet, that animal welfare would be a priority for them over profit margins. China has no animal welfare standards. The places that they source their meat from them treat their animals terribly, in horrible conditions. When I posted a question on their Facebook page about this, they promptly banned me and did not make any effort to explain themselves. I am very disappointed with the lack of ethics and integrity of this company. Read Less
