Sent my pet to the vet in the morning, called but no one pick up the phone, when I call again at 5 ish they are closed, previously they will call up that my pet is ready for pick up that makes me really worry, try to ring us up until 6, last time was fine but today I found him very hungry after getting home not sure he's fed properly,few times 7xx,and for insulin paid 3xx everytime just got one bottle while the other vet charge 106 for insulin and 47 for glucose checking. This is the 4th for us to try to get insulin, I didn't get to see the vet only the nurse came to me and said the glucose level is dropped to 5 and increase again, this is so not fair it just sound like the the owner (younger vet doesn't have any problems, they are nice and professional) just asking for money, don't think it's fair paying so much everytime without explaining properly, change back to old vet in new market which is more reasonable.

I had heard good feedback about this clinic so decided to take my two kittens there to be de-sexed. Everything went well and on top of the de-sexing I had them microchipped too. The whole thing came to just under $1000. I was told that both kittens would have a collar after the surgery to protect the stitches but in fact neither of them did. However I was told that if my female kitten was biting her stitches to pop in and pick one up. I have just done that and was charged a further $8.80 for the collar. When I said that I felt that should be included in the $1000 I had already spent the answer was a flat no. Is that really good customer service?

She was our sweet little treasure and we all miss her terribly. Your team members Nick and Natalie were so caring, compassionate and professional. We came to Abbotts Way for a second opinion on our sick dog. The vet (Rachel) is wonderful, her staff attentive and genuinely caring. I felt like the vet took the time to listen, and actually spend time with us as we sought treatment for our dog. We had been seeking treatment elsewhere for over a week and had super quick expensive consults where the vets really seemed more interested in paying for their new car park than taking the time to assess my sick dog. She was admitted, unfortunately tests indicated cancer and we chose to put her out of pain the next day. Rachel was amazing and her team were attentive and empathetic - genuinely. They provided time and space for us to say good bye and while incredibly difficult, the experience was made the best as it could. I have shifted my other dog here and will never return to my previous vet - thank you Rachel and team.

First impressions count. I have always had a dog as a child and my parents where their parents and now as an adult I decide to get a puppy of my own and be the parent and like any good parent we want them to go to a good I mean GREAT Doctor so my first thought was what was local right at the end of my street we found Dr Rachael and her wonderful team of nurses and other collegues... Jax and I have had nothing but exceptional friendly kindness care and support from them all, Jax as a patient and me as the new mum and now it turns out his brother also goes there with his new family and my own brother takes his cat there too . Keeping it all in the family I say... this is now the Family Vet and we love it.

Sent my pet to the vet in the morning, called but no one pick up the phone, when I call again at 5 ish they are closed, previously they will call up that my pet is ready for pick up that makes me really worry, try to ring us up until 6, last time was fine but today I found him very hungry after getting home not sure he's fed properly,few times 7xx,and for insulin paid 3xx everytime just got one bottle while the other vet charge 106 for insulin and 47 for glucose checking. This is the 4th for us to try to get insulin, I didn't get to see the vet only the nurse came to me and said the glucose level is dropped to 5 and increase again, this is so not fair it just sound like the the owner (younger vet doesn't have any problems, they are nice and professional) just asking for money, don't think it's fair paying so much everytime without explaining properly, change back to old vet in new market which is more reasonable.

I had heard good feedback about this clinic so decided to take my two kittens there to be de-sexed. Everything went well and on top of the de-sexing I had them microchipped too. The whole thing came to just under $1000. I was told that both kittens would have a collar after the surgery to protect the stitches but in fact neither of them did. However I was told that if my female kitten was biting her stitches to pop in and pick one up. I have just done that and was charged a further $8.80 for the collar. When I said that I felt that should be included in the $1000 I had already spent the answer was a flat no. Is that really good customer service?

I've heard a lot of very good reviews about the practice and people who work there, and so glad we ran to Abbotts when there was an emergency. The team was very professional and I feel like we received the best care, advice, and support. I couldn't wish for a better help!

She was our sweet little treasure and we all miss her terribly. Your team members Nick and Natalie were so caring, compassionate and professional. We came to Abbotts Way for a second opinion on our sick dog. The vet (Rachel) is wonderful, her staff attentive and genuinely caring. I felt like the vet took the time to listen, and actually spend time with us as we sought treatment for our dog. We had been seeking treatment elsewhere for over a week and had super quick expensive consults where the vets really seemed more interested in paying for their new car park than taking the time to assess my sick dog. She was admitted, unfortunately tests indicated cancer and we chose to put her out of pain the next day. Rachel was amazing and her team were attentive and empathetic - genuinely. They provided time and space for us to say good bye and while incredibly difficult, the experience was made the best as it could. I have shifted my other dog here and will never return to my previous vet - thank you Rachel and team.

First impressions count. I have always had a dog as a child and my parents where their parents and now as an adult I decide to get a puppy of my own and be the parent and like any good parent we want them to go to a good I mean GREAT Doctor so my first thought was what was local right at the end of my street we found Dr Rachael and her wonderful team of nurses and other collegues... Jax and I have had nothing but exceptional friendly kindness care and support from them all, Jax as a patient and me as the new mum and now it turns out his brother also goes there with his new family and my own brother takes his cat there too . Keeping it all in the family I say... this is now the Family Vet and we love it.
