The vets are great, but I regret leaving my cat in the cattery. I wish I had have read a review like this before considering it. On drop off I was told that they only get played with/fed etc early in the morning, but you still have to pay for that even if you drop them off later that that. I am not used to people charging without telling me what for first, so I didn't ask, but I only found this after I was charged. When I arrived, there was no-one to check her in so we waited 45 minutes with her in her cage. When someone collected her and saw I was coming to the cattery to settle her, she told me to wait longer while she set it up with food etc. I just realised then my cat was going to go into the cage with nothing, if I wasn't there. On the day I picked her up I turned up unannounced at around 11am and she was already in her carry cage with all her toys packed already. I didn't know how long she had been in there (especially seeing I've paid for her to be in the cattery not in her carry cage), and when we got home she was overtly thirsty so I assume it had been hours. I'm only grateful I didn't check out at the latest time: 5.30pm otherwise she would have sat in there all day. She also overslept, was constipated, and developed a stress flare in those 2 days she was there, when she usually enjoys catteries. The cattery was also uninsulated and very cold, and their food is put right beside their litter tray and that can stress cats out cause it's dirty. I'm sure they're great people, but I didn't pay for my cat to sit in her carry cage for the day without food or water. I realised as soon as I dropped her off it wasn't a good idea, but couldn't cancel because I had surgery. I was almost late for my surgery because of the muck around. Hopefully if you read this, you don't get left in the same position. Read Less
