Our Silverdale centre has now moved to the purpose built hospital in Millwater. It has a spacious consulting room, surgical theatre and ward facilities as well as modern cat boarding accommodation. This clinic is deeply rooted in the community, being part of an established clinic which has been servicing local families and their pets for over a decade.

Very unprofessional customer service. Cancelled surgery booking 3-4 days when we had everything standby. Their reason was the surgeon was not in the country which is a big joke and no alternative appo...
Very unprofessional customer service. Cancelled surgery booking 3-4 days when we had everything standby. Their reason was the surgeon was not in the country which is a big joke and no alternative appointment was offered when we requested. (Serious???? let us know 3 to 4 days before the scheduled surgery date?) We are not stupid as we also checked with another vet in Millwater and found out the same surgeon who is in NZ so we had our pet operated by the same surgeon in another vet the month after. This is very unreliable vet. Very disappointed with the service.

Very unprofessional customer service. Cancelled surgery booking 3-4 days when we had everything standby. Their reason was the surgeon was not in the country which is a big joke and no alternative appointment was offered when we requested.
