Our loved Hank has been under the amazing Team at Family Vets, Chris and his caring team, have ensured that Hank is well on the road to a good recovery. Your caring professionalism and friendliness was overwhellming, on behalf of Hank we thank each and everyone on the team, you have made a difference and it is great to know that Rotorua has such an amazing clinic that we can refer others to.

Chris is a wonderful vet, a gentle soul with lots of compassion for our much loved dog Bella who unfortunately had to be put to sleep late Jan 1018. Keren and I are very grateful for the care Bella received and the clear explanation of the problems and treatments available. Very happy to recommend Chris to anyone looking for a first class vet.

Hi guys, just a quick message to thank you so much! Jasmine with her lion shave wow! She looks amazing, really beautiful even clip, and helping with Wednesday our little Xmas rescue kitten? Thank u guys so much for your care, advise and understanding, got her home today after being spayed and chipped, she is purring and my other two cats have not hissed at her ( weird because they normally do after one of them visits the vets) they have followed her around, sniffed and sat close by... I'm so glad your my family vet

Thanks so much for helping ease what was a rough time for our family saying goodbye. I highly recommend anyone with animals give Chris a call should you ever need a vet. Cheers

Family vets is exactly as the name suggests, they treated my cats as their own and with the highest level of care. As a student they are very affordable. Called up to get my cats desexed and they were able to operate that day and have my cats returned to me by the same afternoon.

Family vets is exactly as the name suggests, they treated my cats as their own and with the highest level of care. As a student they are very affordable. Called up to get my cats desexed and they were able to operate that day and have my cats returned to me by the same afternoon.
