The staff at vet plus have been amazing, we nearly lost our Burmese last year and they were so helpful and supportive of every step we had to take, all the staff we have encountered from the front desk to the vet nurses to the vets has all been positive. We have never felt like ‘ just another customer ‘ , would recommend them highly.

Very happy with the care my older dog received. Staff caring and very patient with an anxious very sore pooch. Never felt rushed at the appointments and vets explained all probabilities and options clearly. Would recommend these guys. Paula and Rachel on the front desk cheerful, helpful and accommodating. Thanks guys😁

My dog had an operation at our last vet, and after that, he wouldn't go into the vets, we are new to Rotorua, I explained how my dog was, so when I took him in, the vet came outside and talked to him,...
My dog had an operation at our last vet, and after that, he wouldn't go into the vets, we are new to Rotorua, I explained how my dog was, so when I took him in, the vet came outside and talked to him, gave him a treat, between us we lifted him inside the door, and we got him in and checked out with out a major problem. He will be going back for an operation, so I will be leaving a review on that.

I had my puppy booked in for surgery the lady told me he wasn't fit for surgery which I knew was she wrong so I went to another vet they said he was completely fine whom arranged to have the surgery ...
I had my puppy booked in for surgery the lady told me he wasn't fit for surgery which I knew was she wrong so I went to another vet they said he was completely fine whom arranged to have the surgery done immediately please beware the staff Here they are not trained correctly and they need to be more honest
My puppy had is op and is recovering well thanks to the staff at central city

The staff at vet plus have been amazing, we nearly lost our Burmese last year and they were so helpful and supportive of every step we had to take, all the staff we have encountered from the front desk to the vet nurses to the vets has all been positive. We have never felt like ‘ just another customer ‘ , would recommend them highly.

My dog had an operation at our last vet, and after that, he wouldn't go into the vets, we are new to Rotorua, I explained how my dog was, so when I took him in, the vet came outside and talked to him, gave him a treat, between us we lifted him inside the door, and we got him in and checked out with out a major problem.
