My dog had an operation at our last vet, and after that, he wouldn't go into the vets, we are new to Rotorua, I explained how my dog was, so when I took him in, the vet came outside and talked to him, gave him a treat, between us we lifted him inside the door, and we got him in and checked out with out a major problem. He will be going back for an operation, so I will be leaving a review on that. Read Less
