I was just reading a story on the "I love my Bullmastiff" page. Made me think how crucial it is for me, to have a Vet that is not only good at what he does and how he does it, but in whom you have trust to take the best of care with your dogs. Over the years I have had vets out to my animals on farm or friends or peoples horses I have been teaching or helping with and after losing faith in another local vet clinic who weren't professional in their attitudes or workmanship it was always pleasant when I needed something and to have barkes corner come out they care about the animals and are passionate not about the money they make or how to drain your wallet but about caring for your animal and getting the best result and the best value for you both out of your wallet and they answer all your questions and put you at ease and Katie at the front desk always has a smile and a spring in her voice when she answers the phone you instantly start to breathe a little easier im not the easiest client by a long stretch and I have asked some pretty hefty things at times from peters paddock surgery on a horses shoulder to martin working in the dark to close a horses chest to poor old scott dealing with a multiple fractured horses leg to friends horse that coliced late at night etc and they have never let me down and never left me in a situation that I didn't know how to handle or what to expect and what I was doing and even when I thought I knew what I was doing there was always that follow up call to check in and see how everything was going and any questions I couldn't recommend them any higher for what they have done for me over many yearsRead Less

Can't speak highly enough of Barkes Corner. Our dog recently became a critical emergency.
