Never on time when i drop my pet off. Hardly ever get a reply to my emails and the reason was lots of people work here so emails get missed. Have been trying to cancel the best for pets membership for over a month and cant get a reply. Was told i needed to contact debit success, who said they cant do it vet needs To do it so went back to vet and different person said they can do it but havent had confirmation. Booked into the cattery for the day and went to pick her up and shed been in the hospital all day scared under a towel but was still charged full rate. Not using this vet or cattery anymore. Read Less
