If I could I would give 0 stars. We will never ever go back there. We got our boy fixed here, should have been a fairly easy procedure. We told staff when coming in that he is a bit scared and doesn't like vets, they didn't even try talk to him or knee down to greet him, so he growls a bit and they ask us to put a muzzle on. That wouldnt be a big issue, but then the vet just jammed the injection in his back and my dog cried, he didn't touch him or talk to him or anything. Then they brought us to the cage he would be falling asleep in, the blanket we brought for him to smell us was already used by another dog. So we left with a weird feeling. 3 hours after we already got a call to pick him up, yet again they didn't want to even touch him so I went to pick him up from the cage at the back, he looked miserable (I understand that's normal, but he is usually a very strong boy and he was just a completely different dog). 3 days after the surgery we went back for a recheck, the vet then lied down on the other side of the room asking me to hold my boys front legs up to be able to see his nuts (which were swollen and he was super sore), he didn't talk to chin, try come closer to look properly. He said keep taking pain killers, he is fine. 2 days later I find myself in emergency with him on 41 high fever, everything infected and need 2nd surgery to remove all the infected tissue. This all cost us 2000 dollars already and it will get more. Of course we didn't want to go back to the same vet for after treatment, so no it was not cheaper or even for free, because we don't trust them after all. Our boy is a pit bull and we heard other opinions about this vet, I think they are against those breeds as didn't even interact with him and seemed scared of him (he is lovely natured and just doesn't like other male dogs, he loves people!) we are super upset, our boy is in bed, bleeding, antibiotics since over two weeks and will have another surgery on Tuesday. The new vet we went to said his wounds were not desinfected properly and he didn't get adequate medication either, we should've come on the same day. Will never ever go back and not recommend this one at all (well, maybe for other breeds...) this is unacceptable of a vet in my opinion! Wish we could get that money back, and never repeat such drama and pain for my baby boy! Read Less
