Thank you for Dr Dave, Christine and the other staff at Shirley. My greyhound, Izzy, was set upon by another dog 11 days ago and was torn up in 5 different places. You expertly managed her wounds using only sedation rather than a general and she came through beautifully. Her stitches came out today and the episode is now behind us. My cat visited this vet. Had obvious breathing problems and eating problems. Had expensive ($300 ) blood test done to prove nothing. Sent me home with a few antibiotics which did nothing. I had a second opinion vet look over cat, he had clear lung issues - fluid and puss around lungs and air in his stomach, unfortunately he had to be put down as it was too late.... recently we had to bring our dog Trixie in for an emergency visit - we rang ahead, they cleared a time for her, and she had surgery very soon after arriving in the clinic. We found the staff kind, compassionate, they took time to explain things to us, Trixie was always their first priority in all they did.
