We haved a ten year old Schazzer he us a type one diabetic has insulin morning and night and his own special dog food. I had some concerns. Rang the clinic but due to broken leg i was unable to get him to the vet. Elliot said that would be no problem he came and picked him up on his way to work. Exceptional service. Lovely little building and friendly staff who really enjoy there work and genuinely care. We use them for all of our pets and recently lost our oldest bird they were compassionate and amazing at letting us know she was healthy when she past and not to worry about the others in the same cage. 2016 has been a hard year for us. We lost both our cats. Twinkels 19 and Fudge 15. Over the past 2 years all of you at Total Vets have been so kind and caring as our old cats became more and more frail. You helped us keep them comfortable in their last years. Lovely Asumi put Twinkels to sleep with dignity and kindness. Kirsten was a shoulder to cry on when Fudge died. We are so grateful. On Saturday we said goodbye to our pet cat who has been a dear member of our family for 16 years. Total Vets were with us when he got injuries from fighting, then as he got older and needed surgery for old age injuries Total Vets provided the care he needed. In the last three years as his kidneys slowly failed we got the best advice and support. On Saturday when the time came to euthanize him the vets and veterinary nurses provided compassion and kindness that has helped us get through this very difficult time. Amy & Phillipa have been amazing - Unfortunately I lost our first born on Sunday, an found out our other boy was very ill. Kirsten, Debie Mellisa and the whole team @ Total vets have been looking after My English Springer Spaniels; George and Mildred for three years. (When they became the most fantastic part of my Family) They have gone above and beyond the call of duty, helpping with an unexpected pregnency in Milie, having to give a section in the middle of the night, cure SEVERE mistitis and hold our hands while we went through a very distressing time. something I will never forget. The team always show outstanding dedication and are always willing to answer my "stupid" questions.
