Absolutely the best vets ever. Caring, kind, and empathetic to both the patient and the owner. Good skills! Ebony and Ivory had a fear of vets but not here. Highly recommend.

This would have to be the best vet in Canterbury. Small personal practice, good for small pets. Vet and assistant very caring and knowledgeable, these people go the extra mile!

Love these guys. Always remember me when I come in. Lovely place to visit and my pooch loves them too (or maybe it's the treats :) ) Great experience when he was really sick - kept me updated of all the costs & discussed options with me throughout. I felt like they really cared as much as I did about getting him better. Highly recommend if you are looking for a kind compassionate team.

Great vets and supportive vet nurses. Reasonable prices and usually easy to get a appointment. I come from Casebrook, Christchurch to see them. Definitely worth the trip. My animals just love seeing...

Really caring vet practice, with great competitive rates. Nothing is too much for Anneke (vet) and Alex (vet nurse) - they love my pets as much as I do !

We have taken our four cats here for the last two years and cannot recommend Anneke and Alex highly enough. They both genuinely care about the treatment and wellbeing of the animals, and go out of their way to ensure that both pet and owner are taken care of. This has even extended to house calls, and Boxing Day appointments! I don't think they're any more expensive than the previous vets we used - but given the difference in quality of the care we get here, I wouldn't be bothered in the slightest if they were more! All in all, an excellent service that we'd thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a new vet.

Wonderful phone service: so friendly and so informative. I really appreciate the time they took to talk me through moving with our cat into temporary accomodation (while our EQR repairs are carried out) and the options we have (including Feliway) for keeping our girl calm, safe and happy. Love these guys. Always remember me when I come in. We have taken our four cats here for the last two years and cannot recommend Anneke and Alex highly enough. They both genuinely care about the treatment and wellbeing of the animals, and go out of their way to ensure that both pet and owner are taken care of. This has even extended to house calls, and Boxing Day appointments! I don't think they're any more expensive than the previous vets we used - but given the difference in quality of the care we get here, I wouldn't be bothered in the slightest if they were more! All in all, an excellent service that we'd thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a new vet.
