Terrible service. I have used them before but recently went in for a flea issue and lady at the counter immediately went on the defensive. I hadn’t even accused them of anything, only asked for help! ...
Terrible service. I have used them before but recently went in for a flea issue and lady at the counter immediately went on the defensive. I hadn’t even accused them of anything, only asked for help! She kept telling me that she dealt with fleas when she was younger so to get over it as there’s nothing she can do. That would be fine if the house wasn’t full of them, even after using their products. Didn’t give any recommendations of what to do next. Ended up going to a local groomer who deflead our cats for us and gave us a flea bomb that actually works. Will never go back to RVC

The team here are second to none. They help keep my team in top shape and are always here as fast they can with no questions asked. Recently one of my 5yrs olds came down with Colic and they had him in the clinic for monitoring before making the call to operate. They made the whole experience as stress free as possible for me and to top it off had my horse home looking bright and cheerful in under a week! I would recommend them to anyone
