We have had two cats to the Waimate vets with different problems and both times the service we got was absolutely outstanding! Our fist cat was seen to by Sam and the second by Claire (who was actually relieving for another Claire.) Both with were extremely professional, very understanding and genuinely concerned about our pets. We even had follow up calls from Claire to check on him to see how he was going. We were advised of the costs each step of the way and we had the necessary procedures described to us in a very understandable way. We were told of the alternatives and possible effects of all the options, so we were easily able to make a decision about what was best. Sam even remembered me and greeted me by my name when I went back in months later. That really impressed me. Honestly, you couldn't get better. Read Less
