One of the owners Geoff is incredibly rude. He traumatised my small dog by the way he attempted to handle him, my dog is now absolutely petrified to go to the vet. He yelled at his nurse in front of me. I was further disgusted when I went in to collect my dog, the receptionist told me the amount I had to pay (which of course is fine) and she sighed when I asked for an invoice to see how the costs were made up. Safe to say we never will be going back to this clinic. On a positive note the Vet nurses were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Read Less
