Last night my kitten was very unwell and I felt really unsure about calling the vet because I didn’t want to call them after hours. I ended up ringing them and so glad I did. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely proffessional, gave great advise and put me at ease. She made me feel like it wasn’t a hassle for her to come in if I chose to bring my kitten in. We paid fully four our cat to be chipped and registered. They put the chip but when we checked online we discovered that our cat is not registered. We contacted them, they said they registered him. We checked again, and the online system says that the chip is not registered to anyone. We've been trying to fix this problem for a year now, to no end. We've been offered no help or explanation. We've been treated as if we've done something wrong but there was nothing we could do, and there is still nothing we can do except to pay for the registration again. So they are incompetent at best, thieves at worst case scenario. Read Less
