Here at Carevets, we have a passion for helping people care for their pets. Each branch of the Carevets group is either a Veterinary Clinic or has a Veterinary Clinic onsite owned by the directors of the company, making us unique in New Zealand. Our staff are qualified as pet carers, Veterinary Nurses, groomers and of course, Veterinarians, so you and your pets are in the best of hands when you visit.
We are constantly growing and expanding our stores and clinics, ensuring that we bring you the best products and services at very competitive prices.
Our Mission is to “satisfy and delight our customers each and every time.” With this in mind, no request from our customers is too great for our talented team. Highly recommend the team at Carevets Chartwell. Recently had our cat put to sleep. Cant speak higher enough of the compassion shown by Barbara our vet throughout the whole process. We were even sent a Sympathy card a few days later with a beautiful poem inside.

Would really of loved to give you guys 5 stars! But when I went to pick my kitten up, I had to wait over an hour & Then the vet tried selling me that Royal Cannis food which is literally so expensive....

Will never go back after unprofessional behaviour. It's one thing to dispute the bill but it's another to be called a liar. They also couldn't find the cat's file and forgot to phone when done. Wow......
