I would never go back to that carevets any more. Because When i took my cat for desexing and Microchipped on that day back in 2022. She was fine within few days. until my household saw my cat having a sezure and blood came out of her ears and Nose. They must did done something to my cat. They must of Rupured my cat Vains or something when they insert the microchip him. I have contacted them back that my cat was bleeding coming out his ears in nose and having sezure. But they pretty good at lying to the customers. They don't want to get Blamed for everything. I don't want to go back again. The carevets Murdered our poor Animals and we would not go back to tehm again. My mian Question is why they should Keeping going when they new They did something to our poor Animals get murdered by them. our Animals is very healthy and nexty Minute They did something to them. I took my to the vets last Tuesday cause she had a abscesses on the side of her face and I also to the vet that my puppy was not eating and not active she told me because of the abscesses and she told me she will be alright. But I when I left the vets she spew up twice in the car. Got home and she would not eat and she was vomiting up a lot for two days. Cause Chartwell vets in hamilton was close for the rest of the week. I rang CareVets rototuna and told them my dog is really sick that she was spewing and dark running poos. They said ring SPCA and get them to help u. So I did and SPCA said why didn't the CareVets Chartwell do a parvo test and said that they said because of the abscesses that she was unwell. The SPCA said they should of done a test SPCA was not happy with CareVets Chartwell and rototuna. So SPCA pay for her parvo test today and my puppy came back positive and the hospital after vets said if Chartwell care vets had pick it up earlier she would be still alive and well. We had no choice to put her down and it was very sad. She was only 4 months old. Care vets Chartwell and rototuna care vets need do they properly to prevent a animal dying. If just done the test she would be still alive. Not a great start to new year. Iam to scared to take my animals back there. They should offered me the option to do the parvo test early Read Less
