My Labrador had surgery and during the whole process I felt reassured because of their professionalism and care towards my dog. Now, five years later he needs surgery again. There is no place I would rather go for my dogs welfare. My 10 week old kitten had something wrong with his eye, I was thinking it was conjunctivitis so I rung this vet asking for some desperate advice on what to do. The woman who answered the phone told me to bring him in and also told me it was going to cost around $150(for consult and two lots of antibiotics) I explained to her how I couldn't afford it at this time and is there anyway I can pay it off, The woman said that there was no way they could do that and just to rub green tea around the area for the meantime. The next couple of days his eye got really bad as his eye lid was puffing out almost covering it and was really red and was also having sneezing fits. I decided to ring around again hoping to get some more advice. I ended up ring Vet Service on Heretaunga Street and they told me it was a viral infection and it could be fatal. They asked me to bring him in first thing the next morning and that I could just pay $20 upfront and pay the rest off.
