Wouldn’t even send my worst enemy to this slum shack of a kennels. Picked my dog up today after a stay from the 13th-21st - firstly quoted $218 ended up charged $247. Advised on pick up (not prior) she has some light scratches which had healed from a fence - she has deep wounds on her muzzle, some of which have pus and stink of infection. She is unable to run and is limping due to an injury to her back leg, has had her nails cut despite the fact she has long nail beds that require vet sedation - none of this was asked or approved. Clearly did not have her blanket or personal stay for her toy as was not brought out with her nor did the staff Member know which one was hers. Claiming I signed terms and conditions so will not refund this appauling stay, or the vet bills - yet I never signed such thing only a drop sheet of her time in and what she was dropped with which had multiple other dogs listed and was not a terms and conditions at all. Emma’s explanation was half ass and disgusting, claimed ignorance to her clearly injured leg & claims she asked the girls to try explain the injuries sustained to her face. My dog has returned completely unlike herself, she is timid, clearly in pain, and is requiring vet treatment, don’t send your dogs unless you want them abused at the slums by Emma herself! Read Less

We left our little fur babies at Pet Stay last weekend. They were very well cared for and very happy when they got home. As our babies were older they have a few issues and Emma and her team made sure that their needs were all taken care of and they had lots of cuddles. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to leave their babies in care for what ever reason knowing that they would be well looked after. Thanks Guys for everything.
