These guys were awesome to my son (10) and i over the weekend. We had to put one of his beloved rats down. We were given a room to sit and talk about what could happen. My son is a facts and planning ...
These guys were awesome to my son (10) and i over the weekend. We had to put one of his beloved rats down. We were given a room to sit and talk about what could happen. My son is a facts and planning child so this was important. After we learnt that he couldn't be saved we went back and he was laid piecfully on cotton wool in a small box. We were left again to sit and greive. I had questions about the wellbeing of his remaining rat and instead of chatting at the counter we went back into a room. Nothing was a problem. We have now moved vets for our Rattie needs.

They over drugged our 18yr old dog..he now has no personality and his bark was ruined and is now not anywhere near himself before their butchery in removing an eye ...the damage and pathetic dirty rec...
They over drugged our 18yr old dog..he now has no personality and his bark was ruined and is now not anywhere near himself before their butchery in removing an eye ...the damage and pathetic dirty recovery area was atrocious ...be well aware...if you love your pet/s go elsewhere , we certainly have !!!

These guys were awesome to my son (10) and i over the weekend. We had to put one of his beloved rats down. We were given a room to sit and talk about what could happen. My son is a facts and planning child so this was important. After we learnt that he couldn't be saved we went back and he was laid piecfully on cotton wool in a small box. We were left again to sit and greive. I had questions about the wellbeing of his remaining rat and instead of chatting at the counter we went back into a room. Nothing was a problem. We have now moved vets for our Rattie needs.
