Can't fault the team at Stoke Vets. Fantastic care provided to our dog, over the last 8 years. Recently our dog came down with a skin infection, and then developed pancreatitis. The entire staff were caring and helpful, and our pup is now back to his old self! Even when we stop in just to ask a question, they are super helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff are fantastic. They are very professional and very caring. They always spend plenty of time explaining everything clearly so you can make the best choices for your pet. Always excellent service, but the end of life care is exceptional. When our elderly cat had a tumour, they advised all the options but I never felt any pressure to choose expensive treatment when we decided to let him be put to sleep. They gave him a cocktail of drugs to have one last night at home and then were so kind the next day when we said our good byes. Read Less

A few months ago we had to make the heart breaking decision to have our treasured Chocolate lab put to sleep . The vet and the nurses displayed empathy, dignity and respect for our boy and for us in our distress. When going back into the clinic on the counter a candle was lit in memory of a beloved pet who had passed. Such a small act that meant so much to us. The whole team at Stoke Vets are professional and compassionate and they all seem to love their jobs, making it a very pleasant environment to be in.
