I agree with Star below. Very unhelpful and impolite receptionists here. Attitudes come across as though they don't really care and your call is more of an inconvenience to them. It was so discouraging I did not take my Cat in and went else where

The vets seem knowledgeable and use common sense rather than opting for going straight to the most expensive treatment. Our cat is old so first tried a simple treatment which worked.

2 of new born kittens are lost and cold and I gotta go work later and they want me to bring them down instead of giving emergency advice. Who should I go blame to if they die on the way to vet? Never ...

My cat Rodger has been going there for nearly 6 years. Unfortunately he passed away last night and the Halswell vet team were amazing in taking care of him and letting me know what was going on.

Appalling. I appreciate the fact we were unable to meet exorbitant vet bill ($328 for a sore neck and cage for day) on the day but have not had problems at other vets paying off. The vet informed me she would not give me my pet unless payment was in full. No room for negotiation at all. Zero customer service. Zero regard. Zero understanding. Very rude vet and vet nurse. lovely admin girls though. How Will Will not go back not recommend.

Appalling. I appreciate the fact we were unable to meet exorbitant vet bill ($328 for a sore neck and cage for day) on the day but have not had problems at other vets paying off.
