As soon as our fur baby Archie came home from being missing for 3 days, we realised there was something clearly wrong. Rang humanimals and got thru straight away, and we're told bring him in asap. When we got there they were waiting for us, the vet said he had more than likely been hit by a car as his tail was very limp and he was leaking bloody urine. We were absoluetly gutted but weren't giving up hope. On visiting the next day were were gutted to see what they had expressed out of his bladder, bloody urine and the X-ray showed he had been hit higher, so therefore the outlook was grim. After weeks of visiting we began to feel like family there, we were encouraged to visit him daily, which we gladly did. The veterinarians and vet nurses were fault less, always made us feel welcome, we're happy to answer many questions, we were updated daily on his condition. Archie will now have been at home for a month tomorrow and what he has accomplished since coming home from humanimals after two weeks is amazing, he is pretty much doing everything right, not quite 100% but we're very sure he will get there with time. His shaved patches are now growing back nicely and hes eating, pooping great, his peeing is still not perfect but again with time were sure he will get there, his fur is shining and he has the sparkle in his eye. Thanks so much to all the vetenarians expecially Jeff and Alistair for taking such good care of Archie, treating him like he was your own, going the extra mile, answering questions, and all the vet nurses especially Sara, Victoria and Krystal his private nurses lol for always going the extra mile, answering questions and making us feel welcome. We are so grateful for all your hard workRead Less
