Our cat Kong hadn’t been well, we took him in and he was diagnosed with cancer. They told us all the information that we needed to know and when it came time to put him down their after hours clinic was absolutely amazing!! They informed us every step of the way and we were able to have him comfortably put to rest.

I have found the staff to be professional and pleasant.
Have done me a good service when bringing our two rabbits there for treatment, vaccination etc.

Not happy with one of the staff, after my dog had a puppies and due to her 1st litter she had a lot of problems, As did not help she was 2 weeks early, and had visitors show up and she rolled on 2 of ...
Not happy with one of the staff, after my dog had a puppies and due to her 1st litter she had a lot of problems, As did not help she was 2 weeks early, and had visitors show up and she rolled on 2 of her pups to protect them and 5 was still born, Had Aroha calling my girl a bad mother when she didn't know what my dog had gone through, I felt really bad having my dog called a bad mother and very embarrassed and humiliated since it was said in front of other people and customers , My dog has been a great mother to her other pups, she is great with people love's kids and one of the most gentle dog's you could ask for, Due to this Aroha I truly do not think I will be going back to this vet's with the run down this female has done as it has caused stress for myself and I can only feel for how bad my dog felt being her 1st litter with so many issue's from this 1st litter.
