We have been going there for a number of years now with our pets. We have loved having Dave as our vet during this time and were somewhat devastated when he recently left but Juliet has now taken over looking after our dogs and she is very welcoming pleasant and very thorough and we feel very comfortable with her and found she is very helpful and approachable.

And love that they keep inviting us to bring her in just to make her comfortable so when she does actually have to have something done she doesn't see it as a scary place. I can't believe these guys. The phone is answered fast, questions answered efficiently, frictionless bookings, service with a smile every time, top quality treatment, what more can you ask? The staff remembered our dog and were genuinely interested in how she has been doing.
The only problem with Hamilton Veterinary Services is that I have never been to a doctor surgery that has such amazing service and depth of care. Our dog gets treated better than our children. Perhaps I should start bringing my children along as well...

Big shout out to Amanda and the team here. For the past 5 years at pet doctors I have never seen a vet care so much for the health and well being of my dog. She researched different scenarios and used her knowledge to best diagnose my dog on a Saturday without being able to get bloods tested. And on top of that communicated with us over the next few days to check in on how our dog is doing.

Our family dogs use to go to pet practice in dinsdale, many many years ago. We had an incident with one of our Irish Setters and they weren't open. We rushed her to hamilton vets and they just took her in straight away and saved her life. Once pet practice changed to pet doctors. I found them to be heartless and all for the money. I remembered the day hamilton vets saved our family dogs life. Now that I have my own dogs I've been going to hamilton vets for over 6 years. They are just fantastic, caring, compassionate, friendly and always do everything to get to the bottom of health issues. They were fantastic getting to the bottom of Chloes health issue. She's got bowel disease and had it since 2011. She's now 13 years old and still going strong thanks to hamilton vets been persisted in keeping her healthy. THANKS GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST. :)

Reccomend this practise especially for 1st time goers. came 4 times in a week with our 5 year 9 month (40-46dog years) rotty-sharpei for front leg fractures, back leg wound and rash/burn to privates injuries likely to be from a car unfortunately in the end 3 days ago our much loved family member was ethunased. in that short time the receptionist nikki was friendly kind and helpful. the vets juliette, amanda and amy were friendly, caring, gentle, respectful, supportive and just awesome. Excellent practise
