We have always found James to be amazing with Lucy our dog, she has no stress going into the surgery at all, in fact she is always wagging her tail. James did surgery on Lucy’s knee and she is brilliant now. We were given and are always given plenty of advice on how to improve things for her. I will always regret taking my dog to this vet. He outright lied to us about options of disposal after euthanizing our lovely boy. When called out on his lies he resorts to abuse and physical threats. 15yrs of memories have been ruined by James's lies and i can no longer remember my boy without knowing what a horrible end he met at the hands of this vet. Absolutely faultless care and attention to our very sick dog. Even took him home with them to ensure he was safe during his recovery. The amazing thing was that they never charged for the personal care - just the medication. Highly recommended if you want the best of care for your pet. Read Less
