Im absolutely gutted with the service i received here as a result my beautiful girl had to be put down ..i 100% blame this place for my dogs death and im not going to let them get away with it i can guarantee that
They 100% put the animals second
Ive never used them before but ive got good relationship with my local vet back home
Because my neighbours had to get her to the vet as i wasnt around when she got hurt they punished me and my dog because it turns out that the neighbours had an outstanding debt with them
The opperation was 1500 and was told i needed to make a lump deposit before they start..fine i got together 900 and could sort rest the following week
But come the next day when i called they decided that i had to come up with the whole 1500 and a 300 emergency fee
I cried and told them I couldn't find the rest but because my neighbours had a bill they were punishing me for it
I could of had 3 of there long term existing customers vouch for me i would of done absolutely anything to help her but they were rude and uncaring Read Less

I cant rate this Vet Clinic any higher than this site will allow.. I have been a regular customer over the many years and each time there has been a disaster with a family animal they have been our saviour.
We recently lost one of our prized dogs due to secondary poisoning through eating a possum and he had to be put to sleep as he could not be saved. Bell our other dog, only having licked some of his vomit, ended up on a drip for over a week with daily meds being administered aggressively. We now have her home with us and feel that she would not have survived without this dedication and love these Vets and staff gave her. Thank you once again and for the lovely caring card ...
