I have had nothing but amazing service here! We got our two beloved cats here and they have shown our furbabies so much love since the day we met them all. Recently when our little boy went missing, they really CARED and called up to check. When I phoned to say that he was back almost a week later, they didn't insist on bringing him in, they wanted me to send pics of our boy's sore paw to prevent further trauma by taking him out. I am very grateful for all of you. Thank you for caring for our pets as much as we do. Not just a business, but REAL people with big hearts. Thank you

We had to put our 15 year old dog Lewis to sleep - a hard decision to make. Thank you to the vet who was on duty (American/Canadian) - what a lovely experience in what was always going to be traumatic. We were informed on the options available and the process......... We were left to grieve and to be with Lewis in his final minutes ..... Thank you .... He died surrounded by loving and caring people

Recently when our little boy went missing, they really CARED and called up to check.
